1940 Knucklehead fender and gastank 01 Fenders with braces removed
02 front fender one side removed
, I use a carbide burr to grind the spot welds ,it d
oesn't hurt the outside .
03 rear flap , one side removed , notice the width at the rear ,it is way out .
04 Rear again , with parts removed .
05 relief in chainguard area , sides off etc .

08Same top to bottom 7 1/8th.

12 Front nose 7 1/8 A lot of hammer and dolly work .
13 Remove the ink .
